How to Make Kombucha

Well since it's still kind of a pain in the ass to find this stuff (at east around Austin) I'm posting how to make it. I found this in last summers issue of Bust. Forgive the spelling and hand writing. You'll need some SCOBY, I found this site that has a good price http://www.localharvest.org.
